Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: Add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients.
  4. Create the batter: Carefully stir in the boiling water.
  5. Fold in the chopped Snickers and peanuts.
  6. Fill the cupcake liners: Spoon the batter into the lined cupcake pan, filling each liner about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake to perfection: Place the cupcake pan in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  8. Cool completely: Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.
