- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until soft and translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Season the chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Brown the chicken in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Lower the heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
