Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft and translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brown the chicken in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
