- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Mix the smoked brisket, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and spices in a bowl until well combined.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the brisket and cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the wrapped jalapeños on the grill or a baking sheet.
- Brush with barbecue sauce.
- Grill or bake for about 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the jalapeños are tender.
