Description

Delight in the rich, buttery caramel and crunchy pecans that come together in these Soft Caramel Pecan Clusters, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add in the brown sugar, cream, and a pinch of salt, stirring gently until combined.
  3. Boil this mixture for 5 minutes without stirring.
