Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Start by generously adding the ground beef to your slow cooker. Follow this with the chopped onion, diced potatoes, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and corn. Sprinkle the minced garlic atop, finishing with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir Well: Using a spatula or wooden spoon, stir all the ingredients together until they’re evenly combined.
- Cover and Cook: Cover your slow cooker with the lid and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
