Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Start by generously adding the ground beef to your slow cooker. Follow this with the chopped onion, diced potatoes, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and corn. Sprinkle the minced garlic atop, finishing with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Stir Well: Using a spatula or wooden spoon, stir all the ingredients together until they’re evenly combined.
  3. Cover and Cook: Cover your slow cooker with the lid and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Serve and Enjoy: Once the cooking time is up, scoop the warm hamburger hash into bowls. Garnish with fresh herbs or a dollop of sour cream if desired.
