- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss your mixed vegetables in olive oil, ensuring they’re well-coated, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the seasoned vegetables on one side of the sheet pan.
- Coat the steak tips with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the glazed steak tips on the other side of the sheet pan.
- Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, checking for desired doneness.
