Description

A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring tender steak tips and vibrant roasted vegetables, all glazed with a balsamic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak tips
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss your mixed vegetables in olive oil, ensuring they’re well-coated, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Spread the seasoned vegetables on one side of the sheet pan.
  4. Coat the steak tips with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the glazed steak tips on the other side of the sheet pan.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, checking for desired doneness.
  7. Remove from oven and let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving.
