Instructions
- Prepare the pork: Start by seasoning the pork pieces generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear the pork: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned pork.
- Add aroma: Toss in the diced jalapeños and minced garlic, cooking for about 2-3 minutes.
- Make the sauce: Whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice in a small bowl.
