- 1/2 cup cooked steak, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Beat the eggs in a medium mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper; whisk until slightly frothy.
- Heat your non-stick skillet over medium heat, adding butter or oil to coat the pan.
- Sauté the diced bell peppers and onions for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Warm the sliced steak, mixing it with the vegetables for another minute.
- Add the beaten eggs, tilting the pan to distribute evenly.
- Cook until the edges start to firm up, then sprinkle cheese on one half.
- Fold the other half over the cheese and cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
