Description

A vibrant salad celebrating the essence of summer with fresh vegetables, goat cheese, and a zesty dressing.


Ingredients

  • Mixed Greens (arugula, spinach, romaine)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • Cucumber (sliced)
  • Red Onion (thinly sliced)
  • Goat Cheese (crumbled)
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the greens in a large bowl with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Add crumbled goat cheese on top of the salad.
