- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 1 head of Cabbage
- Spices: Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper
- Leaf Lettuce
- 1 Tomato
- 2 slices Pickles
- 1 Avocado
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel away leaves from the cabbage and boil in salted water for 3-5 minutes, then let cool.
- Combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, egg, and spices in a large mixing bowl.
- Take a cabbage leaf and place a scoop of beef mixture in the center, folding the sides over.
- Place on a baking sheet seam-side down.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the beef is cooked through and cheese is bubbling.
- Serve hot with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and avocado.
