Instructions

- Whip the Cream: Pour heavy whipping cream into a separate bowl and whip until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Combine the Mixtures: Gently fold whipped cream into the cooled jello mixture, maintaining the volume.
- Fill the Crust: Pour the mixture into the pre-made cookie pie crust and smooth the top.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
