- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast

Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, salt, and instant yeast in a large bowl.
- Stir in the water, olive oil, minced garlic, and herbs until a shaggy dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 12 to 18 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) with the Dutch oven inside.
- Turn the risen dough onto a floured surface and gently shape it into a ball.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Carefully place the dough in the hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until browned.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
Use room temperature water for optimal yeast activation. Substitute with fresh herbs if desired.
