Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until thoroughly combined and resembles wet sand. Firmly press this mixture into the bottom of a lined 9×9 inch baking dish to create an even layer.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling: In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until the mixture is velvety smooth. Fold in marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, ensuring every bit of fluffiness is included.
  3. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until the mixture is uniform and fluffy.
  4. Assemble the bars: Spread the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the baking dish, smoothing the top evenly with a spatula.
  5. Make the ganache: In a small saucepan, heat the ½ cup of heavy cream over low heat until it steams. Remove from the heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until the mixture is melted and smooth.
