A rich and creamy no-bake dessert featuring layers of peanut butter mousse and chocolate ganache on a graham cracker crust.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until thoroughly combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan.
- Make the peanut butter mousse: In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form and gently fold into peanut butter mixture.
- Spread the mousse over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Prepare the ganache: Heat ½ cup of heavy cream in a saucepan until boiling. Pour over chopped chocolate, let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth. Pour over mousse.
- Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
For best flavor, prepare a day in advance. Customize by adding sea salt or crushed nuts on top if desired.
