Description

A delightful seven-layer cheesecake combining creamy banana pudding and rich cream cheese with a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup sliced bananas for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and pressing it into a springform pan.
  3. Mix the filling by beating cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, blending well.
  5. Incorporate mashed bananas and banana pudding mix gently.
  6. Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with whipped topping and sliced bananas before serving.
