- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup sliced bananas for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and pressing it into a springform pan.
- Mix the filling by beating cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, blending well.
- Incorporate mashed bananas and banana pudding mix gently.
- Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped topping and sliced bananas before serving.
Notes
Make a day in advance for best flavor. Can be made in an air fryer as an alternative.
