Description
Delicious sliders combining savory ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese, nestled in sweet Hawaiian rolls, with a touch of powdered sugar.

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 12 slices of ham
- 12 slices of turkey
- 12 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup salted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Raspberry or strawberry jam (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Prepare your 9×13 inch baking pan by spraying it with non-stick spray.
- Gently slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls without separating them.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared pan.
- Layer half of the cheese slices on the bottom rolls. Follow this with all the ham and turkey slices, then top it off with the remaining cheese slices.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese layer, gently pressing them down.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and pepper until well blended. Brush this mixture all over the tops of the sliders.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese melts and the buns turn golden brown.
- Remove and sprinkle a light dusting of powdered sugar on top. Serve with jam if desired.
Notes
For make-ahead options, prepare the sliders a few hours in advance and refrigerate until baking.
