- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and fill each cupcake liner halfway.
- Make the cheesecake mixture by beating the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
- Add the sour cream and fold into the mixture until well blended.
- Incorporate chocolate chips and mini marshmallows into the cheesecake batter.
- Combine the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter in each cup until nearly full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Let them cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
You can prepare the brownie base a day in advance and bake the cheesecake mixture on the day you serve for the best creaminess.
