Description

Delightful brownie cups filled with creamy cheesecake, chocolate chips, and optional mini marshmallows, combining two beloved desserts in one!


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • Cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and fill each cupcake liner halfway.
  3. Make the cheesecake mixture by beating the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Add the sour cream and fold into the mixture until well blended.
  5. Incorporate chocolate chips and mini marshmallows into the cheesecake batter.
  6. Combine the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter in each cup until nearly full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving warm.
