Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Granulated sugar (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the lemon cream cheese mixture at the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the point.
