Description
A flavorful Italian Grinder Sandwich with layers of ham, pepperoni, salami, and provolone, all brought together with fresh toppings and a garlic butter spread.

- 1 18-inch loaf French bread
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 oz ham, thinly sliced
- 2 oz pepperoni, thinly sliced
- 2 oz salami, thinly sliced
- 4 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 8 oz shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced Roma tomato
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the softened butter, grated parmesan, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- Slice the loaf of French bread horizontally into top and bottom halves.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously inside both halves of the bread.
- Layer the sandwich with ham, pepperoni, and salami.
- Add slices of provolone on top of the meats.
- Combine shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced pepperoncini, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
- Assemble the sandwich by spooning the salad mixture over one half and closing it with the other half of the bread.
- Wrap the sandwich tightly in aluminum foil and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different cheeses or meats based on your preferences. Serve with chips or a fresh salad.
