Addictive snack of roasted cashews coated in a sweet and sticky honey glaze, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

- 1 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the cashews, honey, salt, and optional cinnamon in a bowl and mix until coated.
- Spread the cashews evenly on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the cashews.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for long-term storage.
