Description

Addictive snack of roasted cashews coated in a sweet and sticky honey glaze, sprinkled with sesame seeds.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the cashews, honey, salt, and optional cinnamon in a bowl and mix until coated.
  3. Spread the cashews evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the cashews.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for long-term storage.
