- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 tostada shells
- ½ cup nacho cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Oil for toasting
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the taco seasoning and mix until well combined and fragrant. Drain excess fat, if necessary.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Layer your fillings: Spread a generous tablespoon of seasoned beef in the center, followed by a drizzle of warm nacho cheese. Carefully place a tostada shell on top, and add sour cream, a handful of fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
