Description

A delightful, homemade version of the beloved Crunch Wrap Supreme, featuring seasoned beef, creamy nacho cheese, and fresh toppings, all encased in a crispy tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 tostada shells
  • ½ cup nacho cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Oil for toasting

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the taco seasoning and mix until well combined and fragrant. Drain excess fat, if necessary.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Layer your fillings: Spread a generous tablespoon of seasoned beef in the center, followed by a drizzle of warm nacho cheese. Carefully place a tostada shell on top, and add sour cream, a handful of fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  4. <strong fold the tortilla over the filling, creating pleats as you go. Make sure to encase everything snugly.
