Description

Experience tender pork loin infused with sweet Hawaiian flavors, slow-cooked for a melt-in-your-mouth delight.


Ingredients

  • 23 lbs boneless pork loin
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, minced garlic, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Marinate the Pork Loin: Place the pork loin in a large resealable bag or dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it’s well-coated. Seal or cover and let it marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Place in Slow Cooker: Remove excess marinade from the pork and place it in the slow cooker. Pour remaining marinade over the pork and add pineapple chunks.
  4. Cook on Low: Cover and set to low heat. Let it cook for 6-8 hours, until the pork is fork-tender.
  5. Slice and Serve: Remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice against the grain and drizzle pan juices over before serving.
