Description

Delicious Hawaiian rolls filled with ham and Swiss cheese, topped with a buttery glaze and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 rolls Hawaiian sweet rolls (Keep as a single slab)
  • 1 lb Thinly sliced deli ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (Melted)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dried minced onion
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Place the bottom slab into your greased 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Layer the cheese generously on the bottom buns.
  5. Follow with an even layer of ham.
  6. Finish with a second layer of cheese.
  7. Cover with the top slab of rolls.
  8. Whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried onion, and poppy seeds.
  9. Brush the mixture generously over the top of the rolls.
  10. Allow the sliders to rest for 5-10 minutes.
  11. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  12. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  13. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

Make ahead by assembling the sliders the night before and refrigerating. Reheat as needed.
