- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb smoked sausage (andouille or kielbasa), cut into chunks
- 1 lb baby potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 ears sweet corn, cut into manageable pieces
- 2 tbsp crab boil seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and parboil until tender.
- Cut sausage into chunks.
- Skewer shrimp, sausage, parboiled potatoes, and corn alternately on the skewers.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan and mix in crab boil seasoning and minced garlic.
- Brush the skewers with the garlic butter mixture.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until shrimp are cooked through.
- Serve immediately with leftover butter for dipping.
