Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly before cooking.

  4. Combine the cooled quinoa with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a large bowl.
