Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Open the crescent roll dough package and separate it into triangles.
- Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle tightly starting from the wide end.
- Transfer the rolled pillows to a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix extra sour cream and grated Parmesan to make a sauce.
- Smother the pillows with the sauce and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the filling a day in advance. Avoid overstuffing the dough to ensure proper rolling.
