Description

Delightful golden puffs filled with tender chicken and a creamy Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Open the crescent roll dough package and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle tightly starting from the wide end.
  6. Transfer the rolled pillows to a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix extra sour cream and grated Parmesan to make a sauce.
  9. Smother the pillows with the sauce and sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the filling a day in advance. Avoid overstuffing the dough to ensure proper rolling.
