Ingredients
- Steak (your choice of cut): Ribeye or sirloin
- Salt: Coarse or kosher
- Black Pepper: Freshly cracked
- Garlic: Minced
- Butter
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme)
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and black pepper.
- Prepare the garlic herb butter by mixing minced garlic, butter, and herbs.
- Grill the steak on one side for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the steak and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
- Add the garlic butter during the last minute of grilling.
- Rest the steak for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm, topped with remaining garlic butter.
