Ingredients

  • Steak (your choice of cut): Ribeye or sirloin
  • Salt: Coarse or kosher
  • Black Pepper: Freshly cracked
  • Garlic: Minced
  • Butter
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme)
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt and black pepper.
  3. Prepare the garlic herb butter by mixing minced garlic, butter, and herbs.
  4. Grill the steak on one side for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Flip the steak and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
  6. Add the garlic butter during the last minute of grilling.
  7. Rest the steak for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve warm, topped with remaining garlic butter.
