Description

A crispy and savory wrap filled with tender chicken, smoky bacon, crunchy veggies, and creamy ranch dressing, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  2. Season the chicken strips with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Prepare three shallow dishes with flour, buttermilk, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip in buttermilk, followed by panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken strips until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  6. Cook the bacon in a separate pan until crispy, then crumble it.
  7. Lay out flour tortillas and spread ranch dressing on each.
  8. Assemble the wraps by adding lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, chicken strips, and crumbled bacon.
  9. Wrap each tortilla tightly, then slice in half to serve.

Notes
