- 6 strips of bacon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Slice the chicken into thin strips.
- Season the chicken strips with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Prepare three shallow dishes with flour, buttermilk, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip in buttermilk, followed by panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken strips until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Cook the bacon in a separate pan until crispy, then crumble it.
- Lay out flour tortillas and spread ranch dressing on each.
- Assemble the wraps by adding lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, chicken strips, and crumbled bacon.
- Wrap each tortilla tightly, then slice in half to serve.
