- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together the Caesar dressing and half of the grated Parmesan until smooth.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and spoon the creamy mixture over each breast.
- Combine the breadcrumbs with the remaining Parmesan and olive oil in a separate bowl.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the dressed chicken, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden-brown and chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
For extra crunch, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end. You can prepare this recipe in advance; just bake from chilled, allowing a few extra minutes. Perfect with a squeeze of lemon.
