- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 count
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or extra green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Flatten the biscuit dough pieces to about 3-4 inches wide on a clean surface.
- Place a generous spoonful of filling in the center of each dough round.
- Pinch the edges around the filling to seal tightly.
- Roll the sealed dough into a ball and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 14-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving and garnish with parsley or extra green onions.
