Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 sausage links (Italian or your choice)
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken and sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the chicken, sausage, potatoes, broccoli, and corn in a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  5. Lay out large sheets of aluminum foil and divide the mixture among them.
  6. Fold the foil to create sealed packets, crimping the edges tightly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
