Description

A delightful twist on pizza featuring a crust made from ground chicken, topped with Caesar dressing, romaine lettuce, and gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, salt, pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto a pizza stone or lined baking sheet to form a round crust about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from the oven and spread the Caesar salad dressing on top.
  6. Top with the shredded romaine lettuce and croutons.
  7. Add the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, consider using turkey or a plant-based meat substitute. Make-ahead tips: the chicken mixture can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
