A delightful twist on pizza featuring a crust made from ground chicken, topped with Caesar dressing, romaine lettuce, and gooey cheese.

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, salt, pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a pizza stone or lined baking sheet to form a round crust about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven and spread the Caesar salad dressing on top.
- Top with the shredded romaine lettuce and croutons.
- Add the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider using turkey or a plant-based meat substitute. Make-ahead tips: the chicken mixture can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
