Description

Irresistible mini sandwiches filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 package slider rolls
  • 8 ounces cheese (cheddar or American, sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Add the finely chopped onion to a skillet over medium heat, cooking until softened (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Stir in the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, cooking until browned (about 8-10 minutes).
  4. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture over the bottom halves, then layer with cheese slices.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm for guests to enjoy.

Notes

Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to a month.
