- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 package slider rolls
- 8 ounces cheese (cheddar or American, sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Add the finely chopped onion to a skillet over medium heat, cooking until softened (about 3-5 minutes).
- Stir in the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, cooking until browned (about 8-10 minutes).
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Spoon the beef mixture over the bottom halves, then layer with cheese slices.
- Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm for guests to enjoy.
Notes
Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to a month.
