- 1 batch Crispy Potato Cones
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
- 1 cup Fresh Vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles)
- Ketchup and mustard for serving
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill each potato cone with the cooked beef.
- Add a layer of cheese on top of the beef.
- Bake the cones on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melty.
- Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
- Enjoy warm from the oven.
Notes
Make-ahead tips include prepping the potato cones in advance. You can also air fry the cones for quicker results.
