Description

Transform the classic burger experience with delicious cheeseburger flavors cradled in a crispy potato cone.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 batch Crispy Potato Cones
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
  • 1 cup Fresh Vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles)
  • Ketchup and mustard for serving
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fill each potato cone with the cooked beef.
  4. Add a layer of cheese on top of the beef.
  5. Bake the cones on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melty.
  6. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
  7. Enjoy warm from the oven.

Notes

Make-ahead tips include prepping the potato cones in advance. You can also air fry the cones for quicker results.
