Description

A delightful dessert blending creamy vanilla pudding, crunchy apples, and rich caramel sauce, layered with eclairs for a sweet indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of eclairs or ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 cups of whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup of diced apples
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
  • Chopped nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vanilla pudding by whisking together the pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Layer the eclairs or ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  4. Spread a layer of pudding mixture over the eclairs.
  5. Add a layer of diced apples and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
  7. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
