  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp and salmon: Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning evenly over both the shrimp and salmon fillets, along with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  3. Cook the seafood: Add the salmon fillets first, cooking for 3-4 minutes until golden, then flip and add the shrimp, cooking 3-4 minutes until pink.
  4. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Sauté the garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Make the sauce: Pour in heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Return the seafood to the skillet, coating in the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
