Instructions
- Season the shrimp and salmon: Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning evenly over both the shrimp and salmon fillets, along with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
- Cook the seafood: Add the salmon fillets first, cooking for 3-4 minutes until golden, then flip and add the shrimp, cooking 3-4 minutes until pink.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Make the sauce: Pour in heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return the seafood to the skillet, coating in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
