- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the brown sugar until smooth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Pour the toffee mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot toffee; let them sit to soften.
