Description

A delightful comfort food dish featuring tender chicken in zesty Buffalo sauce, creamy ranch dressing, and a blend of melted cheeses wrapped in pizza dough.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough to about 12 inches in diameter on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
  7. Place the log seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
