Description

Delicious blueberry cheesecake rolls wrapped in flaky crescent dough, combining comfort and elegance in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2½ Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) tube crescent roll dough (8 triangles)
  • ⅔ cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with vanilla extract and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Prepare the crescent dough: Unroll the dough into triangles on your baking sheet.
  4. Spread the filling: Use about 1 tablespoon of filling for each triangle, spread it evenly, and top with fresh blueberries.
  5. Roll it up: Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, tucking in the berries.
  6. Bake for 10–13 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  7. Cool for about 5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit, coffee, or yogurt. Drizzle with honey or icing for added sweetness. Make-ahead tip: Prepare filling a day in advance.
