Description

A delightful appetizer combining spicy jalapeños, creamy brie cheese, tart blueberries, and a drizzle of honey for a flavor-packed bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 jalapeños (halved and deseeded)
  • 6 oz brie cheese (cut into pieces)
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise, and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
  3. Place pieces of brie into the hollowed-out jalapeño halves.
  4. Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the brie.
  5. Drizzle each popper with honey and olive oil.
  6. Arrange the filled jalapeños on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the jalapeños soften.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute before serving warm.

Notes

For a lighter version, try using an air fryer set at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes. You can prep the jalapeños in advance and store them in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
