- 8 jalapeños (halved and deseeded)
- 6 oz brie cheese (cut into pieces)
- 0.5 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise, and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
- Place pieces of brie into the hollowed-out jalapeño halves.
- Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the brie.
- Drizzle each popper with honey and olive oil.
- Arrange the filled jalapeños on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the jalapeños soften.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute before serving warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, try using an air fryer set at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes. You can prep the jalapeños in advance and store them in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
