- 10 Fresh jalapeños
- 8 oz Brie cheese, softened
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme or basil), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise, carefully removing the seeds.
- Combine Brie cheese, cream cheese, blueberries, honey, bacon bits, and herbs in a mixing bowl.
- Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and tops are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
