Description

Delightful jalapeño poppers stuffed with creamy Brie cheese, sweet blueberries, and crispy bacon, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 10 Fresh jalapeños
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme or basil), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise, carefully removing the seeds.
  3. Combine Brie cheese, cream cheese, blueberries, honey, bacon bits, and herbs in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and tops are golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
