Description

A refreshing Berry Caprese Salad combining seasonal berries, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the fresh mozzarella into rounds about half an inch thick.
  2. Layer the mozzarella slices, fresh basil leaves, and mixed berries on a large serving platter.
