Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: in a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the marinade and toss gently, ensuring each piece is coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Skewer the mushrooms onto prepared skewers, aiming for 5-6 pieces per skewer.
