Description

Marinated chicken breasts baked to perfection in a creamy Greek yogurt blend, infused with garlic and herbs for a tender, flavorful dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the marinade by combining Greek yogurt, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly in the yogurt mixture and place in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken overnight. Can use an air fryer for quicker cooking.
