- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the marinade by combining Greek yogurt, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly in the yogurt mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, marinate the chicken overnight. Can use an air fryer for quicker cooking.
