Description

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of soft bread (Brioche or challah recommended)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your baking dish with butter.
  3. Cream the cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Prepare the custard by whisking together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
