Description

A creamy and comforting pasta dish that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with velvety Alfredo sauce, topped with crispy bacon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef: Heat your large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until it turns a rich brown, ensuring it’s fully cooked through; drain the excess fat to keep the dish from becoming greasy.
  2. Sauté the garlic: Stir in the minced garlic with the cooked beef, allowing it to bloom for just about one minute.
  3. Cook the fettuccine: In a separate pot, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until it reaches al dente texture.
  4. Create the sauce: Pour heavy cream into the skillet with the ground beef and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add cheese: Gradually stir in your shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until both are melted.
  6. Combine: Add the drained fettuccine and crumbled bacon into the skillet, tossing everything together until it’s evenly coated and heated through.
  7. Season: Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  8. Garnish: Before serving, sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish for a colorful finish.

Notes

This dish can be made ahead of time by preparing the beef and sauce in advance. Customize with sautéed mushrooms or add red pepper flakes for heat.
