- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mashed potatoes for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties and place them in a 9×13 baking dish.
- Combine the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and milk in a separate bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture generously over the patties.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes.
Notes
