Instructions
- Preheat the oven and bake the tater tots according to package instructions for 20-25 minutes until crispy.

- In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour to form a paste. Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened (3-5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl and scramble in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until fluffy.
- Assemble by layering tater tots, scrambled eggs, and sausage in a bowl, then drizzle with gravy.
