Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, or mozzarella)
  • 4 slices of sturdy bread (sourdough or whole grain)

Instructions

  1. Cook the onion: Heat your skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and caramelize it until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
