- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the sausage to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the honey and let it mix with the sausage, simmering for a couple of minutes to thicken.
- Gently fold in the cooked pasta, ensuring every piece is coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
